Licensor: Lezter AB ("we", "us"), organisation number 5592312192, Drabantstigen 3 Sollentuna, Sweden, [email protected]. Governing law: Swedish law. Effective date: 2026-10-28.
This agreement is between you and us. It covers the Rondell desktop app for Windows 10 and 11 ("Rondell" or "the app"), offered as paid software with a 14-day free trial. Hosted services, if we offer any later, will have their own terms.
By installing or running Rondell you accept this agreement. If you do not accept it, do not install or run the app.

1. What you are licensed to do

1.1. We license Rondell to you. We do not sell it. We keep all rights not granted here.
1.2. Rondell is closed-source software. We publish signed builds from our own website. Use a build from there. We cannot support builds from elsewhere.
1.3. You may install and use Rondell on your own PCs, within the trial and license limits in sections 3 to 5.
1.4. You may not, except where the law that applies to you does not allow this restriction: copy, redistribute, rent, lease, sell or sublicense the app or its download; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app; remove or alter license checks, notices or signatures, or use a modified build to get features you have not been licensed for; or use the app to break the law or someone else's rights.
1.5. Components under their own licenses (section 11) stay under those licenses.

2. Terms used here

Pill: an item in the Rondell ring. It runs a chain of actions.
Action: one step in a pill, for example asking AI, searching files, pressing keys, or running a program.
Your content: the pills, settings, notes, answers and files you create or select in Rondell.

3. Paid access

3.1. Rondell is paid software. After the free trial, you need a paid license to continue using it. There is no permanent free edition.
3.2. The purchase includes all app features: rings, shortcuts, pills you build, file search, notes, chat, voice input, screen tools and customization. Some features need optional model downloads or a provider you configure.
3.3. Charges from AI providers or other services you connect are separate from the Rondell purchase, including during the free trial.

4. The 14-day trial

4.1. The trial starts by itself the first time you run Rondell. It gives you every paid feature for 14 days. It needs no payment card and no account.
4.2. You get one trial per PC. Rondell counts it on your PC and sends nothing. It keeps a small trial marker on your PC with a start date and a value derived from the PC, not your name or any of your content.
4.3. Removing and reinstalling Rondell does not restart the trial, because the marker stays. To have the marker removed, email us at the address in section 17. We do not promise that this check cannot be bypassed.
4.4. When the trial ends and you have no license key, the ring and your pills stop working. Settings still opens and shows a license card, where you can enter a key, buy Rondell, or deactivate this PC. The trial does not charge you or start a subscription. Nothing you made is deleted or hidden.

5. Your license

5.1. Rondell costs $29 USD, paid once for a permanent license with 2 years of all updates included. Lemon Squeezy shows the final price, with any applicable tax, at checkout.
5.2. You get a license key from Lemon Squeezy. You do not need an account with us.
5.3. One license covers one person on up to 3 PCs.
5.4. Your purchase includes all updates released for 2 years from the purchase date, including major versions. You may keep using the latest version released during that period permanently. Paying for updates released after that period is optional. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge.
5.5. Activation and checks. Rondell activates your key once on each PC with Lemon Squeezy. To do this, it sends your key and a name for the PC to Lemon Squeezy. It saves the result on the PC, checks the key again in the background, and works offline. To free a slot, open Settings and choose Deactivate this PC on the license card.
5.6. A key that is refunded or disabled stops the app at the next license check, as when a trial ends. You can use the app again when you enter a valid key.
5.7. What the purchase covers. All app features are included. The features are described on the Features page and in the documentation. Hosted services are not included.
5.8. Your license is for the Rondell app. We do not sell access to any AI provider endpoint. Calling a provider through the API call or Run a program actions is allowed and is not detected or blocked.

6. Payment, Lemon Squeezy and refunds

6.1. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for Rondell: it sells you the license key, takes payment and handles VAT, invoices and refunds. Its buyer terms apply to your purchase: https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/buyer-terms. We do not receive your card details.
6.2. 14 days to change your mind. Whether or not you are a consumer, and whether or not you have used Rondell, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of buying it and get the full price back. You do not have to give a reason. The refund window starts on the purchase date and is separate from the free trial. This keeps the EU/EEA consumer right of withdrawal intact: we do not ask you to give it up when the key is delivered. To cancel, email us at the address in section 17 with your order number.
6.3. Refunds. Our refund terms are in the Rondell Refund Policy, published on our website, and are part of this agreement. Lemon Squeezy processes the refund.
6.4. A refunded or disabled key stops the app at the next check (section 5.6). Nothing you made is deleted.

7. Your content, shared pills and risky actions

7.1. Your content stays yours. We claim no ownership of it. Rondell keeps it on your PC and does not send it to us.
7.2. A pill you paste or import from someone else runs on your PC with your permissions. Actions that can change things on your PC are the risky ones. They include Run a program, Press keys, Record and replay, and Append to file.
7.3. Review a pill before you run it. Run pills from others, and use risky actions, at your own risk. We are not responsible for what an action you chose to run does to your PC, files or accounts.

8. AI, third-party providers and local models

8.1. With your own key, Rondell sends your prompt and selection directly from your PC to the provider you picked (for example Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, or another provider you set up). The provider's terms and privacy policy govern that use. We are not a party to them and do not control how a provider handles your data or what it returns. You are responsible for your provider account, key and charges.
8.2. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, offensive or out of date. Check it before you rely on it or act on it. Do not use it as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial or safety decisions.
8.3. Local models are downloaded from third parties (currently Hugging Face). Each model has its own license. By downloading one you agree to its license. The app checks each download before it uses it. Turning a model off in Settings does not delete its files. Deleting it there does.

9. Updates

9.1. Updates may change or remove features. We will not delete your content in an update.
9.2. Rondell checks once a day for a new version. The check carries no ID and none of your content. Our privacy policy describes it.
9.3. You do not need to pay for later updates to keep using a version covered by your license. The included update period is described in section 5.4.

10. Privacy

Our privacy policy, on the Privacy page, explains what the app sends and when. Rondell 1.0 has no accounts. The app sends nothing to us, and nothing at all for the trial. It contacts Lemon Squeezy for license checks, and only after you enter a license key. It sends your text to an AI provider only when you run an action that does so.
Hosted services such as accounts, sync or hosted AI are not part of 1.0. If we offer them later, they will come with separate terms.

11. Third-party software

11.1. Rondell uses open-source and third-party components. Their notices ship with the app in Rondell.notices.txt, and you can read them in Settings, under Models, then Licenses.
11.2. The app's windows use Slint under its royalty-free license for desktop applications. The Slint attribution is on the About page of our website.
11.3. Crash reports use Sentry. Rondell sends a crash report only when you approve it.

12. No warranty

12.1. Rondell is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty of any kind, including for fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of any AI output.
12.2. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes the rights the law of your country gives you and that cannot be excluded, such as your rights when digital content is faulty or not as described (in Sweden, lagen (2022:260) om avtal om tillhandahållande av digitalt innehåll och digitala tjänster). Section 12.1 applies only as far as those rights allow.

13. Limitation of liability

13.1. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss caused by a pill or action you ran, by AI output, or by a third-party service.
13.2. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for Rondell in the 12 months before the claim, or $29 USD if you paid nothing.
13.3. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for intent or gross negligence. If you are a consumer, sections 13.1 and 13.2 apply only as far as the consumer law of your country allows.

14. Termination

14.1. You may stop at any time by deleting Rondell from your PC. Deleting the app does not delete the files it saved on your PC.
14.2. We may end your license if you break this agreement, for example by redistributing the app or getting around license checks. We may disable a key that was refunded, charged back or obtained by fraud. After that the app stops, as when a trial ends.
14.3. Sections that by their nature continue (for example 1.4, 7, 12, 13 and 16) continue after termination.

15. Changes to these terms

15.1. We may update this agreement. We will publish the new version on our website with its effective date. A change that takes something away from you takes effect no sooner than 30 days after we publish it.
15.2. If you keep using the app after a change takes effect, you accept it. If you do not accept it, stop using the app. Changes do not reduce what you already paid for under section 5.

16. Governing law and disputes

16.1. This agreement is governed by Swedish law, without its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection the mandatory law of the country where you live gives you (Rome I Regulation, Article 6(2)).
16.2. Disputes go to the Swedish courts. If you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and we can sue you only there (Brussels I Regulation, Articles 17 and 18).
16.3. If you are a consumer and we can't settle a complaint together, you can take it to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We take part in ARN's process. Consumers in other EU countries can get help through the European Consumer Centre in their country.
