- Rondell is a one-time purchase with 2 years of updates included. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record: it sells you the license key, takes the payment, and processes refunds. The 14-day trial is free, needs no card, and never charges you.
14 days, no questions asked
- Within 14 days of buying Rondell, tell us you want your money back and we refund the full price. You don’t need to give a reason, and it doesn’t matter whether you used Rondell. The 14 days start on the day you buy, and the free trial doesn’t change them.
- This also covers your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. We never ask you to give it up.
How to ask
- Email [email protected] with your order number. You’ll find it in your receipt from Lemon Squeezy. “I want a refund” is enough.
What happens next
- We refund the full price through Lemon Squeezy to the payment method you used. It can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.
- We disable your license key. Rondell stops working on each PC at its next license check, which happens in the background when the PC is online.
- Nothing you made in Rondell is deleted.
After 14 days
- After 14 days, we refund when the law requires it, for example if Rondell is faulty and we can’t fix it.
Your legal rights
- This policy adds to your legal rights and doesn’t replace them. If the software is faulty or doesn’t match what we promised, the law of your country gives you rights that we can’t remove.
Disputes with your bank
- If you dispute the payment with your bank, Lemon Squeezy handles it and we disable the key. Write to us first. It’s faster, and we can fix most problems directly.
